Among the new features Workspaceme Team is proud to announce, you will enjoy the workspace calendar, a new member and disk space management system.

Calendar

You can aleready get benefit from workspace calendar. With this new calendar, you may assign activities in your workspace. The workspace members will then be able to consult their workspace calendar and see its activities. Moreover, they will also be able to view in private mode the calendar of their workspace members.

On the other hand, the personal calendar has been reviewed to offer improved flexibility. A member will now be able to look at all of his activities; this includes his own personal calendar and every workspace calendar.

Introduction to Company

In order to improve workspaceme flexibility and improve collaboration among business partners, workspaceme Team introduced the concept of Company that will be the layer over the workspace. The company purpose is to reunite all workspaces the company owner has to manage his workspaces more easily.

New Role definition

The company will be managed by you as the Company CEO or by a Delegate the CEO will have designated. These people will have high administration privileges like creating workspaces, deleting workspaces, buying membership, disk space or other companies and assigning workspace administrators.

This new structure will allow the Delegate or the CEO to assign multiple workspace administrators in the same workspace. A better decentralization of responsibilities will allow you to improve everybody’s productivity in such a way that you will be able to delegate common tasks such like workspace announcements and inviting now workspace members to join in.

Workspace management

You can create as many workspaces you want for no additional fees with workspaceme new work flow. Indeed, workspaceme Team has review all the business model of workspaceme to improve flexibility and productivity. Workspaceme Team simplified the access to new workspaces to allow workspace members to work in better defined workspaces. A workspaceme user can now create as many workspaces within his own company or from the companies he is Delegate of.

Workspace member management

Workspaceme Team reviewed the way workspaceme users can manage their workspace members. With the introduction of the Company, the workspace member management is done on a new basis. Your company is now owner of a membership bank from which it will be credited every time a new member joins the company. This means that a member that is already in the company can join as many workspaces a Delegate, the CEO or a workspace administrator allow it. If the same member appears into all workspaces of the same company, it will only cost one membership to its membership bank.

Workspace disk space management

In the same thinking of the workspace member management, workspaceme Team reviewed all aspects of workspace disk space distribution and allocation. Like workspace members, your company now benefits from a disk space bank. You can redistribute your company disk space to match your workspace needs and use more efficiently your disk space quotas.
