Notes

Another way to share information with your collaborators is to use the Notes feature on your workspace. These notes can be posted or edited by all members of your workspace.

This way, the most current information will be immediately available and shared with all members.
Personal notes are also available It’s the easiest way to remember information that can be easily forgotten but may be useful to the members of the workspace.
