This section allows you to consolidate all your personal information like your name, address and password. You can even upload your picture to customize your profile!

The Personal settings option allows you to set your preferences such as language, time zone and date and time format used throughout workspaceme.

This way you’ll be able to communicate and share with people anywhere in the world without worrying about the time; workspaceme therefore becomes an international communication tool. Your business partners will be able to know at what time (their local time) you posted documents.

A collaborator can have access to several workspaces and by identifying one as a favourite; he’ll automatically be redirected to his favourite workspace after his authentication to speed up his access.

You can also find out the amount of disk space used by clicking on the disk space option. The amount of free disk space available is 50Mb. If it isn’t enough, you can get more providing an additional low fee. If that’s the case, you can consult and print your personal invoices.
