Administration

The core of your workspace is managed with the Administration module. It allows the workspace user to configure and personalize their space.  It’s possible to change the name and nickname of the workspace at anytime according to the needs of your company. The address that is used for invoices can also be changed using this module.

The management of your disk space is done here and the owner can therefore check to see if the disk limit has been reached. If so, in a matter of seconds, it’s possible to increase your available disk space.

The start-up page of a workspace shows a box which allows the workspace owner to post ads that can be changed with this module. Create ads and post what your people need to know. 

Manage your workspace related invoices. You can consult and print them in the administration module.
